These terms cover your use of getshelfy.com. Using the Shelfy™ Make application, or buying warehousing, sales or delivery from Shelfy Move, is covered by a separate signed agreement.

getshelfy.com is published by Nimble Development Inc. of Bend, Oregon. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not copy the site wholesale or pass it off as your own.
What is on it
We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the pages are marketing, not a contract. Prices, features and availability change. Nothing here is an offer, and nothing here is legal or regulatory advice — you remain responsible for your own OLCC and METRC obligations.

Send us what you would like us to see and nothing you would not. Do not put confidential batch data, license numbers or anything you consider a trade secret into the contact form.
